HOW DOES IT WORK TO START WITH?
After you have read through our website, understood the IFA / client relationship, read our fee structure and have reassured yourself with our FCA permissions, you may consider yourself ready for the next step.

When you are ready please get in touch and we will arrange to visit you without charge at your home or at work. Client visits are nationwide (at our expense) and allow us to see you on your terms, it also helps us achieve higher anti money laundering standards if we have seen the client at their home address.

This is a good chance for us all to understand what work may be needed. If we can't help you we will inform you at that meeting and no fee required.

Do not be concerned about geographical distance from our Herefordshire office as we will link our appointments to coincide with other clients we have in your area. From Perthshire through to Devon, we will have other clients near to you so use the opportunity to see those clients on the same day that we see you.

You are always very welcome to book an appointment at our purpose-built offices located at our property, Park Lodge HR2 0HE.

SD Greenway Ltd are a busy practice with an established, long-term client base. We do not pitch for new business because that would take our time away from the ongoing servicing of our existing clients. Only serious new enquiries are welcome with a minimum pension or investment fund value of £100,000

We respectfully do not offer a choice for potential clients to only pay for the advice that they like. Similarly, a lawyer would expect payment whether you followed their advice or not.

We agree terms to be appointed before we provide advice, as it is the advice that is supplied in consideration of our fee. We shall provide you with the advice that you need and we reasonably expect to be paid for the work that we have done. In most cases our fees are paid via deduction from the pension or investment being discussed, however you are welcome to pay via cheque or BACS if you would prefer.
